Rowans attracting Bullfinch and Blackcaps

It’s good to see the recently planted Rowan trees at Ogston are attracting a wide variety of birds to the berries.

Although the trees are only a few feet tall, they have produced a good crop of berries with as many as seven Blackcaps having been reported along with a fair number of Bullfinches and Song Thrushes.
