Have the last two weeks been too hot for you? Are you longing for the return of those cool misty days? Meet at the reserve on Saturday, 20th July, starting at 9:30am and ending as usual around lunchtime, with a short break around 11:00am.
Tasks: Harvest Hay Rattle seeds (subject to having ripened) for sowing in the autumn, mow the paths etc., erect a short fence, clean up the pumphouse …
All members are welcome and no previous experience is necessary. Please wear appropriate work clothes (long sleeves and long trousers recommended irrespective of the weather), stout shoes, boots or wellies, and gardening gloves or equivalent. Most tools should be available.
